About Our
Speaker
Gayle Roy spent her childhood with dreams of becoming a
missionary. After receiving her AB and MA from
Morehead State University, Gayle spent nearly 10 years as a
high school teacher. Later, her career turned from
education to business. Deciding that the Lord wanted
Gayle to devote more time to ministry, she left her career
and graduated from Vineyard Leadership Institute.
Gayle serves in her
local church as an outreach ministry leader, small group
leader, and a coach to small group leaders. She and
her husband, Ken, have developed extensive outreach
experience through their involvement with their church and
Habitat for Humanity.
Gayle resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Ken and
their dog, Clark (named after the candy bar). Gayle
has two grown children, Nicole and John and two spirited
grandchildren, Elizabeth and Levi.
Precipitated by job relocation, Gayle has been an active
member of the Presbyterian, United Methodist and Non
Denominational churches before joining Vineyard Columbus.
